Whilst we endeavour to have your order out as soon as possible, please allow up to 2 business days for handling, and extra timing during sale periods.

Shipping within Australia:

Our rates for shipping within Australia are as follows:
Standard (2-8 business days): $10 or free over $100
Express (1-4 business days): $15

Shipping to New Zealand:
Our rate for shipping to New Zealand is $15NZD for standard international or FREE over $100NZD. Standard International shipping to New Zealand takes approximately 5-7 business days.

Shipping Internationally:
Our rates for International shipping are as follows:
Standard International up to 0.5kg (6-27 business days): $20AUD
Standard International 0.5kg-1kg (6-27 business days): $30AUD
Standard International 1kg-1.5kg (6-27 business days): $50AUD

Whilst we aim to ship to most countries, sometimes this is not possible. The countries we currently ship internationally to are:
New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore and United States.

Things to note:
Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect 
address. Please advise us asap PRIOR to sending your item if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct information. Once your item is shipped unfortunately there is nothing further we can do. Great care is taken to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition, free from defect. All our items are carefully packed and posted in secure packaging for maximum protection however please be advised that we do NOT take any personal responsibility for the courier service, with the slim chance the item becomes lost or damaged in transit; this is something that would need to be taken up with Australia Post.
Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we do not cancel/refund orders. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us ASAP and we'll see what we can do before your order has been dispatched.

Returns

For Australian Customers:
We offer free change of mind or wrong size returns within 30 days of purchase. Return postage must be covered by the customer. The item must be clear of wear, unwashed and returned in as new condition with tags. We only offer this service once; if the incorrect size is purchased again, you will need to cover postage again back to us, and then postage again out to you, so please ensure you have assessed your correct size.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
To initiate a return or refund on an item or items, please fill out the returns card provided in your order, and post this and the item/items you are wanting to exchange/return back to

Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we will not be held liable or responsible for missing returns. 

If in the off chance that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at team@fetchedthelabel.com.au or fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page to discuss the problem. We may need you to post the item back to us for further assessment. We will then offer you a refund or exchange.

For International:
For New Zealand customers, change of mind or wrong size postage will need to be fully covered by the customer, so please choose sizing correctly.
For other International countries, we do not offer returns on change of mind or wrong size, so please choose sizing correctly.
